Responsibilities Include:

Working remotely with a CMMI and ISO-certified, highly organized team, you'll lead multiple pipeline pursuits, and communicate capture strategies.

You'll oversee research to enhance our strengths, identify new RFPs, and manage opportunities on GWACS portals. Handling RFI/RFP solicitations, agency forecasts, and competitive landscape awareness, you'll qualify opportunities through market analysis. Engaging with industry events and clients, you'll understand emerging customer needs, organize proposal inputs, and develop call plans to promote FedWriters' capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years of experience tracking or building a pipeline for Federal RFPs, RFQs, etc.

Experience in a federal sales and analysis environment

Demonstrated ability to develop proposal capture plans

Desired:

Bachelor's degree

Work Setting and Environment:

Monday - Friday, normal working hours

Work is to be performed remotely

Some travel to networking events in the D.C. metro area
