Our client in the water treatment business currently has an opening for a Loyalty Transformation Manager to join their Pool business. This role will be responsible for transforming & optimizing the operations that drive our industry-leading loyalty experience while executing upon the program strategy and transformation plan. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, this role will transform the operations of our loyalty programs by leveraging robust, streamlined and automated processes. They will be accountable for executing program transformational roadmaps while using quantitative and qualitative data to help guide and enhance short-term and long-term operational execution within our loyalty and customer marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Collaborate with key loyalty program stakeholders to align objectives, secure resources, and execute upon the vision for change throughout loyalty program operations.
Implement and execute upon transformation plans, driving and documenting progress while mitigating risks and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful and timely implementation.
Identify opportunities for digital process improvement and technology adoption while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and optimization within loyalty program operations.
Curate and execute upon the transformational roadmap for the loyalty program via optimization of programmatic workflows and refinement of procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver better customer experiences.
Identify and execute upon opportunities for technology adoption including the leveraging of best-in-class digital tools and emerging technologies to automate tasks, enhance accuracy and maximize operational effectiveness.
Partner with development teams and Martech vendors to drive execution of transformation initiatives and optimization of program operations.
Maintain an exceedingly high level of organization with exceptional follow-through; creating and executing against accurate project timelines while ensuring team and stakeholder tasks are successfully completed within the confines of time-bound assignments.
Education and Experience
BS or BA degree required
5+ years in program management or project management with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets (B2B experience preferred)
Knowledge and expertise in Salesforce and/or Martech platforms
Proven record of driving execution of transformational activities in collaborative, cross-functional business environments.
Demonstrated preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires working across functions; constantly interacting with teammates.
Experience with onboarding and/or transforming large Martech platforms with multiple stakeholders.
