Our Client a prestigious Law Firm is looking for an Administrative/Facilities Assistant.

Two plus years of administrative experience in workplace operations (professional services or law firm preferred).

Oversee the management of Vendor Access: COI, Registration, Messenger Center, Loading Dock, Out of Hours and Holiday Work.

Inputting Service Requests and ensuring execution of requests when required.

Ensure BSS, building safety system, is updated.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a pristine environment.

The administrative assistant should be forward-thinking and service-focused, have comfort working with emerging workplace technology and the ability to support facilities and operations in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for the daily operations of the group..

Support Office Move processes for staff to include floor plans, signage, move vendor.

Support process of Joiners/Leavers and changes to all necessary systems

Excellent computer skills, particularly with email, word processing and spreadsheets

Experience with space management systems a plus.

Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days a week.

Comp 65-75K plus bonus
