We’re seeking a Receptionist who will support our headquarters operations through greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors for our headquarters in the Garment District of Manhattan! They will also notify associates of visitor arrival and provide information/support to visitors as needed.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls
Provide customer service and positive interactions to vendors and visitors to reception areas
Manage visitor log and provide reporting to executive team
Locate associates as needed
Assist with adhoc projects to support teams across the business
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in corporate office setting preferred
Experience using Microsoft Outlook preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills, especially via phone
Customer service skills and approachability
Ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance required
Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
This is a part time role, Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm. As an AmeriCo. Group associate, the Receptionist will be eligible for all of our associate benefits.
Salary range: $20.00 per hour - $23.00 per hour
