This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with experience in the legal industry or for someone fresh out of college who wants to learn about the legal industry! This is an onsite opportunity with paid parking.

Some of your responsibilities:

Manage client communication and maintain up-to-date client files

Assist attorneys with trial prep/notebooks, discovery review/organization

Coordinate file management with meticulous detail

Greet clients and handle inquiries with professionalism and kindness

What you'll need to succeed:

Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency

Self-managing yet receptive to guidance

Process-oriented

Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Adobe

Willing to learn and grow in the legal industry

Annual compensation of $40K
