As a Senior SAP Recruiter at Mindset, you will have the opportunity to join a high-performing team that specializes in sourcing, recruiting, and placing SAP candidates on new engagements at our clients as well as internally on our Solutions team. In this role, you will build and grow a world-class network of SAP talent and leverage the growth of our SAP talent community to continue to build out our unique SAP solution capabilities offered at Mindset.

What You'll Do:

Be a sourcing and recruiting powerhouse, leveraging social media, Boolean search, and other techniques to identify the perfect SAP talent fit

Foster strong relationships with both potential and existing SAP consultants, cultivating a thriving talent community that fuels Mindset's success

Partner with Account Executives and other team members to understand client needs in-depth and match the right talent to the right project

Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to coaching candidates through the interview process to compensation negotiation

Identify business development opportunities by leveraging your talent network – think beyond recruitment!

Preferred Skills

4-6+ years of technical recruiting experience (SAP knowledge is a plus)

Experience recruiting in a staffing environment

Great relationship building skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and various sourcing techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent Mindset and engage with potential talent
