I'm looking for an AI Scientist for an exciting AI/Digital Healthcare company. You'll be responsible for advancing language translation capabilities using state-of-the-art AI techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both NLP and deep learning techniques, with the ability to design and implement novel solutions.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

* Solid knowledge of DL/ML/NLP/IE technologies.

* Experience using deep learning frameworks for language-related tasks.

* Deep knowledge of and practical experience with designing novel sequential and transformer neural network architectures as well as transfer learning and tuning of pretrained models.

* Practical experience in designing systems to improve performance of DL/ML models using human feedback.

* Publications in scientific journals and/or conferences.

* Solid programming skills, including writing production-level code.

* Knowledge of linguistic concepts and translation theory, including syntactic and semantic analysis.

* Excellent communication skills.

Skills & Attributes:

* PhD or Masters in Computer Science

* Solid knowledge of DL/MLNLP/IE Technologies

* Deep knowledge of and practical experience with designing novel sequential and transformer neural network architectures as well as transfer learning and tuning of LLMs and other pretrained models

* Experience in creating custom training datasets, including data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation.

Nice to have:

* Experience with applying NLP techniques to unstructured medical sources

* Knowledge of biomedical ontologies, terminology, and controlled vocabularies.
