Corporate Counsel - Elite Wealth Manager

We are currently partnered with an elite wealth manager that looking to grow their legal team and support the General Counsel on a variety of corporate matters. This opportunity will allow you to work with various senior leaders in the business and assist on M&A deal matters. You will have the ability to wear multiple hats, have exposure across the firm, and be part of a collaborative team that has a unique style.

Responsibilities

Provide legal expertise to the GC and business leaders on all corporate governance & transactional legal matters.

Provide support on M&A transactions

Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including NDA’s & confidentiality agreements, etc.

Collaborate with outside counsel when necessary

Requirements

JD from a top tier Law school

3+ years of experience within private practice focused on general corporate matters

Experience with securities laws and SEC regulations a plus
