Billing & Finance Officer

The Ford Agency has partnered with a creative design firm in DC in search for a Billing & Finance Officer. This role will oversee all finance functions and will undertake a large quantity of billing-related and financial duties. A great opportunity for an experienced senior finance professional to join a growing firm.

Responsibilities Include:

Direct and undertake all financial activities including accounts payable, receivable, and billing

Prepare financial reports and summaries, create forecasts, and prepare profitability reports

Manage credit card accounts and reconciliations

Audit expenses and prepare audit documents

Maintain 1099 database

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Accounting, or similar

3+ years' experience in an accounts, finance, billing, or similar position

Demonstrated working experience in full-cycle, high volume billing

Strong proficiency in MSOffice, specifically Excel, and financial software

Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills, strong attention to detail, and proactive nature

Ability to work in a team or independently whilst remaining calm in high-volume situations
