Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating seamless and innovative digital experiences. As a vital member of our product development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine our software solutions, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of intuitive and effective user interfaces for our SaaS platform, focusing on workflow, usability, and aesthetic appeal.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.

Conduct and analyze user research, including surveys, usability tests, and user interviews to inform design decisions.

Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Ensure consistency in design language across all product touchpoints through the development and maintenance of design systems.

Present and defend design decisions based on your experience and in-depth research to gain buy-in from business stakeholders.

Validate product ideas through experimental design and research approaches.

Represent our users in product strategy and roadmap discussions

Must Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

5+ years of UI/UX design experience, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.

A robust portfolio showcasing your UX problem-solving skills and high-quality UI design across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Experience with user research methods and data analysis tools.

Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
