Duration: 1+ Year

Certified AEM Developer with 3 - 6 projects / implementations in their past doing Back End configurations, sites, page templates, experience fragments and content fragments.

Certified AEM Developer with 5 or more AEM projects in their past. Approaching an AEM Architect certification a Plus. Ability to provide oversight and guidance for FE and BE AEM Developers. Ability and history of performing code reviews for teams and creating code standards for the AEM Teams. Ability to define and measure team capacity and manage backlog for the teams to efficiently code and correct bugs.
