PMO Program Manager

As the a PMO Project Manager, you will work closely with the various delivery team members to ensure project deliverables are created / submitted based upon the agreed upon project plan and align with stakeholder expectations. The project manager is accountable for the creation, management and maintenance of key deliverables associated to each project, specifically:

Project Charter Communication Plan Project Kick Off

Project Management Plan Project Schedule

Scope Management Plan Benefits Tracker

Risk Register

Change Log

Project Status Report Issue Log

Value Tracker

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for:

Structuring project delivery activities either using Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies that best aligns with the project schedule and resources

Serving as the first point of issue escalation for the project's delivery teams Documenting project work and status on a regular basis in a centralized portfolio management tool

Working closely with the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities (e.g. comms creation and delivery)

Pay Range: $70 to 90/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
