Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 per year (year and mid-year bonus)

Who You Are
You will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This leadership role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage a team of field staff, subcontractors, engineers, and architects. You will also play a role in project procurement and mentoring junior colleagues.
What You Will Do
Manage construction projects from conception to completion
Oversee communication and alignment with field staff
Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for budget, schedule, and quality
Lead and coordinate all aspects of the building process, including hiring contractors
Support project procurement, including estimating and proposal preparation
Demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to community involvement
Manage and mitigate project risks
Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Mentor and develop junior project leaders
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or civil engineering (required)
6+ years of commercial project management experience
Excellent resource management, planning, and time management skills
Superior leadership and delegation skills
Strong financial acumen
Familiarity with project management software
Current driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
