Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of litigation and transactional matters, including but not limited to employment disputes, complex litigation, real estate litigation and general civil litigation

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials

Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and execute effective legal solutions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the Georgia State Bar in good standing

6-12 years of experience practicing law, with strong courtroom experience
