Quantitative Analyst

Are you a passionate Quant Business Analyst with a flair for data, technology, and finance? Join a global Quant team and be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions in private markets.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (2-3 days in the office) in Boston. Compensation included up to a 20% bonus and excellent benefits including 401k match, PTO, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions, system designs, and reports.

Build strong relationships with investment teams, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Develop functional prototypes and conduct manual and automated tests using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis.

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in Investment Management or FinTech.
