Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative at CAS - Composite Aeronautic Specialists, LLC. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Qualifications
Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the aviation industry and aircraft components is a plus
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Confident and able to work independently
