VTC Installer

Tyto Athene is searching for a VTC Installer to support a law enforcement customer in the Springfield, VA area.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate experience in following schematics for installation of VTC

Understand and interpret installation drawings and design packages, and applying that knowledge to the cabling installation, and promoting a safe work environment and implementing safe work practices.

Be proficient in the proper handling, installation, of LC, MTRJ and SC connector termination, and testing of fiber-optic and copper cabling systems

Be proficient in the installation of various types of cable tray, PDS, and Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) conduit up to four (4) inches.

Be capable of properly documenting any red-line changes to drawing

Possess effective communication skills for coordinating installation work with FBI office personnel and FBI customers.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience with Crestron systems and or a Crestron certification

Requirements

Possess a minimum of five (2) years of experience in the installation of VTC

A TS security clearance is required at time of proposal with the ability to obtain an SCI
