2nd and 3rd Shift Extrusion Operators

Job Description

Wadsworth Plastics company is looking for experienced and qualified extrusion operators on 2nd and 3rd shift.

SHIFT: 2nd = M-F (2p-10p) 3rd = Sun-Th (10p-6a)

PAY: $17-23/hr. Based on Experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate Extruder

Operate Safely

Set up machine and all auxiliary equipment to prepare for upcoming runs

Operate tow motors to load feeders and move materials

Operator understands nomenclature and is able to identify assorted materials

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Basic computer skills

Ability to drive a tow motor or learn to drive a tow motor

Must be a team player with ability to communicate with others

Self-motivated to learn

Physical Demands:

Lifting up to 50 pounds

Standing on concrete floors for a minimum of 8 hours per shift

Walking, bending, pulling, pushing

Climbing stairs

Standing on mezzanine 25 feet high
