Sales Support Representative
Hours: Monday –Friday: 10:30am-7:30pm
Description:
Sales Support assists the inside and outside sales teams to provide high quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Place orders.
Place quotes.
Communicate with customers as needed.
Interact/communicate with Cam/Production as needed.
Generate change orders.
Process stencil orders.
Cover reception.
End of night reports.
Databases clean up.
Manage matrix customers.
Required Skills:
