Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with attention-to-detail.
Responsibilities:
Professionally manage the front office, keep offices clean and organized
Manage filing system and update records in ZOHO CRM database
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate shipments
Assist sales office with general administrative duties
Requirements:
Strong multitasking ability and can-do attitude
Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
Must be a great team player
Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
