AE Dairy is looking for route delivery drivers to become valued members of our team.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Business-to-Business Transactions

No Overnight or extended day(s) travel- Sleep in your own bed every day!

Company provided uniforms

Company provided safety shoes

Well maintained, late model trucks

The AE Distribution Employee will:

Must have a valid and current Class A CDL

Must demonstrate safe driving practices

Must comply with all DOT Regulations and company policies and procedures

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product

Learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads

Prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles

Demonstrate customer-focused professionalism in all interactions with customers and the general public

Show enthusiasm for and commitment to the AE Brand

Compensation plans:

FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT

Medical (2024 monthly rates: Single $65 Family $108.34)
