Custodian

Job Description

We are seeking a Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

Keep Assigned areas clean and in orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as wiping and disinfecting tables, bathroom counters, mirrors, desks and or rails.

Mopping floors, Vacuuming and shampooing rugs

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous 1yr experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Requirements

Have to be able to pass Background and Drug screen

Able to provide High School Diploma, Transcript or GED

Able to provide Immunization Record

Covid Vaccination-including booster
