Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Helpdesk Engineer with understanding of Cyber Security to join our team. As a Level 2 engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and troubleshooting basic and complex issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a managed services environment)
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Be a great documenter
Knowledge of networking protocols
Experience with Microsoft 365 management
Experience with firewall management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A desire to continue learning and expanding your skills
Basic knowledge of Cyber Security principals
Actual real-world experience with cyber security incidents is a plus
