Job Summary
Roll-Off Drivers are responsible for preparing, securing and the eventual transport of open top containers to various disposal sites which include, transfer facilities and our own recycling facility.
Roll-Off Drivers will need to navigate along driveways, alleyways, job sites and traffic filled roadways. This will also entail operating in tight environments, backing up long distances such as private driveways as well as heavy industrial and crowded city environments. Your responsibilities include handling pick up, hauling, checking the container, completing work orders, and complying with all transportation laws/procedures.
The roll-off truck driver will maintain a clean truck, interact well with others, provide quality customer service and follow safety policies and procedures. The roll-off driver should have the ability to maintain a clean driving record, communication and organization skills.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a Class A or B Commercial Truck Driver
Clean driving record.
The right candidate will have at least a +3 on their driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug test
Job responsibilities
Communicate with dispatch, supervisors regarding routes and responsibilities
Attention to detail.
Ability to operate a roll off dumpster.
Deliver & empty construction site dumpsters.
Verifying the types of materials being transported to ensure that they do not exceed weight restrictions.
Inspecting the truck before and after every shift, which includes checking the oil, gas and fluid levels as well as all lights and tires.
Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries or mechanical faults to management.
Maintaining accurate driver logs.
Complying with all safety rules and regulations.
Communicate any customer requests with dispatch.
Must follow the route as assigned by dispatch and understand the customer's needs.

$500.00 Sign-On bonus at 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months and $250.00 at 1 year

Physical Demands
Hooking up and disengaging the dumpster.
Opening and closing large dumpster doors
Maneuvering through landfills and job sites.
Climbing in and out of large trucks.
Driving up to 200 miles per day
