Finish Carpenter

Job Description

Small construction company located in Bath, Maine specializing in residential remodeling and new construction looking to hire new carpenters. Ideal candidate for this carpenter's position will have 3 to 5 years carpentry experience with an emphasis on finish carpentry. Duties may include and not be limited to demo, framing, door and window installations, exterior siding and trim, installation of interior trim: baseboard: window and door trim, some custom cabinetry and millwork,

Must be dependable, have own reliable transportation, a valid US driver's license, a positive attitude, attention to detail and strong work ethic. No smoking (vaping, e-cigs, etc) of tobacco or other substances inside job sites. Must be able to commute to project sites located in the Mid-coast Maine area from Wiscasset to Yarmouth. Wage commensurate with experience and talent. References will be requested and a background check may be required.

Requirements:

minimum 3 to 5 years carpentry required.

Valid US Driver's License required

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to jobsites located in coastal Maine from Yarmouth to Edgecomb

Must be able to work as part of a team
