Being in the promotional products industry is a plus but not a must.

This job is mainly in our Headquarters in Parsippany with some flexibility of remote days.

Other duties included in the day are office manager responsibilities: overseeing meeting preparation for events, keeping the showrooms looking their best, scanning checks, ordering snacks for the office, receiving the mail and light fulfillment duties. With a marketing background, other duties you will enjoy are overseeing our online stores, mailing client gifts, using Canva or photoshop and editing videos. Heading up social media including weekly e-mail blasts with videos you will be preparing and in, Tik Toks, Insta, Facebook and LinkedIn posts, running weekly marketing meetings with the sales team, monthly blogs, applying for yearly certifications and awards. Assisting sales with marketing campaigns and trade shows ideas in creative ways to set them up. Familiar with WordPress is a plus!Company Description
