Senior Associate and Head of Department

Well established law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Senior Associate to be appointed as Head of Department for the Commercial Litigation Department

Minimum requirements:

LLB Degree

BCom degree would be beneficial

Must be an admitted attorney

9 - 10 years' post admission experience dealing with Commercial Litigation

3 years' experience within a management role preferably

Extensive Practice specific understanding of the applicable law

Knowledge of basic Human Resources (HR) processes

Understand the systems, rules and practice directives in Courts or other relevant tribunals/ institutions
