Receive / source, plan, communicate, process, and validate assigned corporate events to ensure events are effectively processed and clients are informed, enabled to make appropriate elections, and receive entitlements for corporate events within prescribed deadlines and regulatory framework.

Required Experience
Proficient with BANCS or similar Corp Actions processing system
Experience in a Corporate Actions environment and proficient financial market knowledge.
Experience managing a small team or projects
Dividend withholding tax in Security/Custody.
Broker or asset management
Knowledge of the following : JSE, Trade, Bonds, Money market etc
Transaction Settlement
Custody services
Processing Cash DividendsRequired Qualifications
