Financial Planning Analyst
Responsible for providing financial support to a business unit. Identifies areas where the business is not performing according to plan. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, business conditions, and other related areas. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information is recorded accurately.

Provides financial review and analytical support to a business unit. (50%)
Identifies trends in analysis to identify where the business is not tracking vs plan. Proposes potential solutions to close gaps. (35%)
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; ensures information is accurate. (10%)
Works on ad hoc projects that impact the company or specific business units. Projects can focus on M&A activity, expansion, consolidation, etc. (5%)
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Education: Bachelor or university degree, Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, MBA preferred
Experience: At least five years of experience
Knowledge of financial analysis and planning (FP&A)
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
