Food Distribution Company is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to manage a team of 15.

Responsibilities:

Supervise sanitation staff.

Plan and assign schedules.

Train and oversee sanitation, housekeeping, and janitorial personnel.

Maintain SSOPs and chemical inventory.

Manage Master Sanitation Schedule.

Identify and address cleaning and repair needs.

Monitor chemical usage and conduct tests.

Perform corrective actions for deviations.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2 years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in meat, with knowledge of FSIS/USDA regulations.

English proficiency, bilingual Spanish preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Outlook & MS Word.

Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Supervisory experience.

Working Conditions:

Cold and loud plant environment.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long hours, and work weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
