Counselor / Therapist - Adolescent IOP

High Focus Centers in Exton is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Exton we are currently seeking a Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals. Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials!)

Scope of Position & Technical Competency:

Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions, family support adjunctive services, and consistently offer 6-8 Level of Care Assessments per week as determined by program needs, and according to program standards.

Maintain one aftercare Outpatient therapy group for clients stepping down to lower levels of care, according to program needs.

Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff, according to program timelines.

Attends meetings regarding client’s progress.

Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.

Collects client co-pays.

Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education:

Masters Degree in Human Services or related field

Professional counseling experience working with adolescents
