Job Description

$50,000Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive group bookings and revenue growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting group reservations.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to increase group bookings.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management for management review.Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in group sales or related fields.

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
