THE BASICS:

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: $50,000 to $85,000 per year

As our General Manager, you will oversee company daily operations while also helping to create and implement new policies and procedures. You also dive into strategic planning and review performance data to allocate resources efficiently. Additionally, you assist with hiring and training new staff and moderate daily management meetings. Your role is crucial in keeping our operations running smoothly!

Qualifications:

2 years of college education or comparable experience

Proficiency in computer skills such as Google Drive and CRM systems

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical abilities and communication skills

Preferred: Ability to comprehend and analyze large amounts of information quickly.
