Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

$40,000 - $45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties

Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol

Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success

Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions

Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.

Daily mail management and filing

Qualifications:

Greet visitors and delivery personnel

Answer multi-phone lines and comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations and be able to transfer calls in a timely manner

Excellent Communication Skills

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as Google software.

Displays impeccable and interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills

Legal Experience in family law and personal injury law (legal process and terminology) is a plus

Processing and handling the incoming mail Minimum of Associates Degree or other training

Strong written and verbal communications skills

High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
