Job Description

ITTConnect is seeking an AWS Data Application Monitoring Lead to fill a permanent role with a client in the Atlanta area. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the telecommunications space (internet, cable TV, cellular provider).

Job location: Hybrid, at least two days in the office in Sandy Springs, GA and three days at home.

As an AWS Data Application Monitoring Lead in the telecommunications domain, your role is pivotal in shaping how telecom companies manage and utilize their data.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

Strong JIRA process management experience

Ability to organize application intake for monitoring

Generating Dashboard requirements

Generating Successful Monitoring and Alarming

Ability to measure application performance KPIS

Must Have Experience in Big 4 Consulting Companies

Strong Communication Skills and Client Relationship management

Education:

A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Education, or Computer Engineering.
