We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at our Jiffy Lube. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your passion for automobiles and leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving success and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence: Oversee and support the customer service team in delivering an outstanding experience to all customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

2. Service Center Operations: Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including scheduling, service workflows, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

3. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to service center staff, encouraging their growth and development while fostering a cohesive and productive team dynamic.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve performance targets, both for services and retail products.

5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality service standards by implementing and monitoring quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and adhering to industry best practices.

6. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate automotive knowledge to assist in diagnosing and resolving complex service issues, working alongside technicians as needed.

7. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment for both staff and customers.

8. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment.

9. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data, providing regular reports to the Service Center Manager.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the automotive service industry or retail management role.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
