Responsibilities

Run Demand Planned service as needed

Identify current/potential problems during maintenance/repair visits that affect performance

Interact with customers - explaining the technical talk in a way the customer understands

Document all system information, good completion notes, and any necessary follow-up

Provide customers with information and pricing on service agreements, repairs, accessories, etc.

Provide customers with equipment upgrade opportunities when needed

Job requirements

A Positive Attitude is a must

Need to be a self-starter

6 months to 2 years or moreof experience in HVAC Service

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Working knowledge of codes and best practices a plus

Basic Refrigerant Certifications (EPA Universal) andEPA 608 Refrigerant Certification

A valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Strongcommunication skills

Willingness and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Working knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and airflow

Should have a clean background check

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
