Salary Range: $104,000 - $112,000

With a 68-bed capacity, we specialize in a range of medical services including orthopedics, cardiology, and emergency medicine. The Role:

As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all patient care activities, ensuring excellence in nursing services 24/7. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring our services comply with all regulations. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and oversee the implementation of nursing care plans.

Coordinate the nursing service with various departments for optimal patient care.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Promote professional development and maintain high standards of care.

Who You Are:

A compassionate leader with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or have a Compact State RN License.

Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Experienced with at least 2-3 years in a nursing role and 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Knowledgeable about State and Federal regulations in Nursing Homes (preferred).
