Position Overview: We're on the hunt for a Lead Installer to join our close-knit team. As a Lead Installer, you'll be pivotal in installing heating & air conditioning systems to our high company standards, ensuring our customers receive a top-quality experience. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and guide other Installers, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen-
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
6+ years of experience
Must own all tools required to perform essential job functions
Experience in supervising and guiding their team
Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
Preferred Qualifications:
HVAC school certificate
Universal EPA
NATE Core Certification with 3 Specialty Certifications
