We are looking for an enthusiastic employee to help provide an excellent guest experience in the position of Server Assistant at Counter Culture.

A Server Assistant's job is to keep service running smoothly and “make the guest experience more pleasurable.” Whether that’s acknowledging and providing water to a new guest, rapidly clearing dishes from the tables, delivering orders to the correct table and guest, or fixing issues behind the scenes, we're looking for a candidate that has great attention to detail and is a problem-solver extraordinaire.

Our Host/Hostess responsibilities include answering the telephone, making guest reservations via OpenTable GuestCenter, greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to their dining tables and bar areas. The ability to multi-task is essential for keeping the GuestCenter seating chart updated with current status of each table, while also seating new guests upon their arrival. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to every guest.

Our ideal candidate moves with hustle and has an eye for detail. Open availability on weekends and around holidays is a must.
