ProRose is a leading supplier of products for the promotional industry. We customize our line of drinkware and display materials with corporate logos or brand names, which are then used by advertisers to promote their products or message.
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team. This position requires order entry, coordination with vendors, customer service, and various other team projects.
Applicants must be fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities Include
Work with customers to verify all information on the PO is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies.
Check orders for accuracy, including pricing, production, and shipping details
Enter order updates and corrections into our system
Send orders to production and vendors with complete information and artwork
Providing freight estimates and coordinating shipments with our freight consolidators for large orders.
Answer customer inquiries by phone and email
Evaluate and coordinate artwork with our art and production team
Send out payment requests and order acknowledgments in a timely manner
Perform general office duties and other duties as required
Requirements and Skills
Associate's Degree preferred
Customer Service at least one year preferred
Order entry at least one year preferred
Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Adobe Illustrator or graphics software experience preferred
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong organization skills; must be able to handle several projects at a time.
