Key Responsibilities:

As a Technician at Protected Harbor, your responsibilities will include:

Providing remote assistance to customers through phone, email, or chat to effectively address their technical concerns.

Vigilantly monitoring our system's performance, promptly addressing issues and alerts to ensure seamless operations.

Collaborating with a team on projects, working under the guidance of a team lead.

Adhering to Service Level Agreements, consistently delivering high-quality work and timely responses.

Analyzing and resolving intricate technical problems, displaying proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies.

Installing, maintaining, and overseeing system operations, networking setups, software configurations, and equipment functionality.

Investigating product and process-related challenges, devising innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive product documentation and internal department resources.

Demonstrating foundational understanding of networking principles including IPs, firewalls, security, and VPN setups.

Displaying expertise in Microsoft Windows Client/Server OS for upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Exhibiting proficiency in Remote Desktop, addressing common issues and troubleshooting effectively.

Mastering skills related to Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience through a Diploma/Degree.
