Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, managing customer relationships, conducting sales engineering activities, and effectively communicating technical information to customers. This role is primarily located in Ahmedabad, but remote work is acceptable as well.

Responsibilities:

Manage enquiry pipeline, forecast, and generate new opportunities for Profitable growth.

Develop, expand, and sustain healthy and strategic relationship with Customers.

Understand customer requirement as per applications & arrange to submit the Techno commercial proposals accordingly.

Influence the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support and resources in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective client and evaluating their position in the industry.

Get information about competition initiatives and seek support from internal stake holders to counter competition.

Facilitate to resolve issues and improve Customer Satisfaction Experience.

To work cross functionally within INFINITY to meet customer expectations.

Support in account receivables.

Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of sales goals and objectives for direct sales area.

Identify potential customers and generate sales plans to address various accounts.

Skills Required

Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering. T&M and Testing field experience is added advantage.

2-4 years relevant experience in the relevant field

Strong knowledge about the Customer spread in the territory.

Strong client-facing skill: Good interpersonal, relationship building, presentation

Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the sales process.

Strong communication skills, written & verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including an ability to think ‘on their feet’ when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment.

Result oriented, Self-driven & No give up attitude.

Proficient in MS Office: MS-Word, MS excel, PPT

Integrity and Ownership mind-set

Willing to travel for around 50% of the time.
