Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor at Nalanda Institute of Technology (NIT), Bhubaneswar. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, supervising student projects, and participating in academic committees. Additionally, they will be expected to contribute to curriculum development and mentor students.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in a relevant field of study

Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area

Experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels

Demonstrated research and publication record

Ability to mentor and guide students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in an academic setting

Experience in curriculum development is a plus
