is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Chef under the Temporary Foreign Worker program.

The Corporate Chef will oversee the culinary operations across our various establishments, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in our menu offerings.

Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Corporate chef Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Create and design innovative and diverse menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to the tastes and preferences of our clientele.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation across all locations, conducting regular inspections and taste tests.

Staff Training: Train and mentor kitchen staff, including head chefs and sous chefs, to ensure they adhere to our culinary standards and procedures.

Operational Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.

Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to design bespoke menus for special events, catering services, and banquets.

Innovation: Stay abreast of culinary trends and implement new techniques and ingredients to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve any culinary-related issues or complaints from customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary role, preferably within a multi-location hospitality organization.

Culinary Skills: Exceptional culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.

Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of culinary professionals.

Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to develop innovative and appealing menus.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, suppliers, and customers.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands and priorities.

Certifications: Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications, including food safety and hygiene certifications.
