PROJECT ARCHITECT

Conceptualizing architectural designs, communication and coordination with project sites.

Responsibilities :

1. Generates conceptual and detailed designs with with adherence to existing government guidelines and project budget.

2. Creates designs by hand and computer applications (e.g., CAD)

3. Assists Project-in-charge in doing asbuilt plans

4. Communicates with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and other pertinent to completion of project

5. Interprets drawings and specifications

Requirements :

1. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture

2. Licensed Architect

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate thoughts, ideas, solutions clearly and calmly in both English and Filipino

4. Hardworking and Willing to learn

5. High levels of creativity and imagination

6. A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project

7. Ability to work well within a team of other professionals and ability to create solid relationships with the team

8. Resourceful and gets the job done

9. Well versed in using Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel and Word)

10. Has knowledge in using Autocad and Sketchup or equivalent applications.
