Supervisor: Principal

Primary Responsibilities: Provide secretarial support to the principal and management of school office(s) for a twelve-month work schedule.

Qualifications/Education/Experience: High school diploma and combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must successfully complete clerical testing.

Essential Duties:

Manage all budget entries, requisitions and order staff budget requests

Create weekly budget printouts

Manage the principal's calendar

Ability to control school entrance

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and maintain strong communication with the principal and confidentiality

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency on computer software programs

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information

Perform duties with an awareness of district requirements

Other duties as assigned

Terms of Employment Full-time, Twelve-month employee. Compensation and benefits as provided by the Board of Education.
