Non-QM Processor- IN OFFICE

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Non-QM Processor who is proficient in handling a variety of non-traditional mortgage products such as Bridge loans, Fix and Flip loans, DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans, and other non-QM (Qualified Mortgage) products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage processing procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze loan applications for completeness and accuracy

Verify borrower information and documentation

Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing of loans

Evaluate credit reports, income documentation, and property appraisals

Communicate effectively with borrowers to request additional information or clarify discrepancies

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mortgage processor

Experience with non-traditional mortgage products such as Bridge loans, Fix and Flip loans, DSCR loans, etc.

Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
