Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Environmental Project Manager (Engineer or Geologist) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage various environmental projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design and implementation of remediation strategies, ensuring environmental compliance, and conducting remedial investigations.

Responsibilities

As an Environmental Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and implementing remediation strategies for soil, water vapors, and groundwater.

2. Leading and managing environmental projects from conception to completion.

3. Ensuring all projects are in compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines.

4. Conducting CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.

5. Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

6. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

7. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

8. Identifying and managing project risks and issues.

9. Keeping abreast of latest environmental regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be highly regarded.

2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental project management, specifically in remediation design and/or implementation.

3. Experience in environmental compliance, geology, and/or environmental engineering.

4. A valid Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license.

5. Proficiency in CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.

6. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

9. A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
