HR staff (Compensation and Benefits Incharge)
Job Summary
Prepare and process payroll, update government regulatory (SSS, PHIC & HDMF). Prepare related reports as requested by the management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Process weekly & monthly payroll.
Prepare monthly remittance report for SSS, PHIC & HDMF.
Update employee remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) and loans online.
Prepare alphalist for monthly 1601-C.
Prepares the computation for the 13th month pay of the employees.
Prepare attendance report of the employees every after payroll processing both for monthly & weekly paid employees.
Prepare related reports for the management.
Other task maybe assigned.
Job Specifications
Candidate must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Accounting Tech. or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in handling Payroll.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Has a strong analytical skill.
Detail-oriented and is able to initiate change.
A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
Has a positive, communicative personality that engenders confidence in others.
Starting Salary: 13,500.00
